In certain exceptional circumstances, ALDO reserves the right to cancel the delivery. You will then be refunded.
Regarding specific territories (islands, French overseas departments and territories, outside of EU) additional shipping costs will be charged to he client after the order has been validated.
Allow between 48 and 72 hours for your delivery after your order has been finalised. When you order a product from our site, we ask that you provide a preferred time slot to be delivered. This allows our service provider to adapt to suit your requested time of delivery.
You will be informed when your order has been dispatched as well as the approximate date and time of delivery.
